COVID-19 BUS PASS HOLDER INFORMATION

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and our decision to cease taking cash fares on all TSW services, we have been in negotiation with the Dept of Transport on the best way to handle annual and half yearly bus passes.  The State have agreed that passes will be refunded, less an amount of ¼ of the pass (for annual passes), or ½ of the pass (for half yearly passes).  Any term passes for term 1 will not be refunded.  Below is the process to apply for a refund.

  1. To access the refund program, please download the application form from the link below.
  2. Fill out the application form, and send it, along with the actual bus pass(es) to:

    Warrnambool Bus Lines
    1 Wannon St,
    Warrnambool, Vic 3280.

    Note – you may drop the completed form(s) and pass(es) in a dedicated box outside the office at the above address in person during office hours, as the office is closed to the public for COVID-19 restrictions.
  3. We will verify your details and process and EFT payment within 5 days. if we need to contact you, we will do so as soon as possible.
